1. Service Description: Homelystic provides a listing coordinator service wherein we assist listing agents in posting properties on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

2. Responsibilities:

• Homelystic will input the property details into the MLS system.
• We will facilitate necessary documentation for listing, subject to the agent's approval.
• Our team will ensure compliance with MLS regulations and standards.

3. Agent Collaboration:

• The listing agent is responsible for providing accurate property information and required documents.
• Any changes or revisions to the listing must be communicated promptly to Homelystic.

4. Service Limitations:

• Homelystic's service is limited to MLS listing coordination and does not include other real estate services.
• We do not guarantee the sale or lease of the listed property.

5. Fees:

• Fees for the listing coordinator service will be outlined in the agreement between Homelystic and the listing agent.

6. Termination:

• Either party may terminate the listing coordinator service agreement with prior written notice.
