Our Work Process

  1. When you secure a client/seller, please provide us with a signed listing agreement and the seller's contact information.
  2. We will reach out to the seller as your listing coordinator, introducing ourselves.
  3. Our team will streamline all necessary documents such as seller disclosures, MLS input forms, and unsigned listing agreements (if applicable), sending them to the seller for e-signature.
  4. Additionally, we'll coordinate obtaining property pictures from the seller.
  5. Upon receiving all documents, we meticulously review them and commence inputting the information into the MLS.
  6. A draft of the MLS listing will be assigned to both you and the seller for review.
  7. Upon approval, either we will activate the listing or you can do so at your discretion.
  8. We'll ensure that the listing is syndicated to various third-party websites such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com.
  9. Sellers will be promptly notified upon activation.
  10. We remain available to make necessary changes post-activation, including property description updates, price adjustments, and status changes.
